| Quail Ridge Kennels began operations in September of 1995. In the beginning our goal was and still today is to provide sound, healthy, happy, quality puppies to our customers. Our love and respect of animals is inherent in everything we do. Hello, my name is Sherry. I am a 54 year old wife and mother of two boys, Toby age 21 and Matthew age 16. My husband Paul and I have been married for 33 years and have made our home on our 120 acre farm for the past 31 years. Since childhood I have been awe struck with animals. As a child growing up in a residential neighborhood I would kidnap our neighbors pets and hide them out in our basement, loving and playing with them until owners came knocking at our door. My junior and senior years of High School and 2 years following, I worked as a Vet Tech. During this time I devoted all of my free time to riding and showing American Quarter Horses. Shortly after marrying I completed a full year of Computer Science Courses. In order to support my animal habit I entered the world of Accounting. I worked as a Bookkeeper for 20 years and only last year gave up my practice. In addition to my bookkeeping practice I patented a product and started a company that marketed the product nationwide. I sold my company in 2000. Immediately thereafter we completed our new kennel facility and I now have the best job in the world. My life has come full circle. I have a wonderful family and home. My kennel facilities where I get to love and play with puppies is a few steps above our old basement. My husband Paul has been employed as a natural gas compressor mechanic for the past 26 years. His title here at the kennel is Head of Maintenance or simply Mr. Fix It. His passion for animals is found in his love of raising Polled Hereford cattle. Some guys like golf, fishing or watching a good football game on TV. My guy prefers feeding in the cold winter months, bailing hay in the hot summer heat, but most of all watching the baby calves as they run across the fields bucking and playing with their tails flying high in the air like little flags. It truly is a sight to see. Toby, our oldest son is my right hand at the kennel. His expertise is in the field of washing down the runs. He also makes a pretty good hand at puppy playing. He is a graduate of Arkansas Tech University - Ozark Campus and is currently employed at Baldor Corporation here in our hometown. Like most young men his age, Toby is a real car and truck buff. Toby is responsible for our animal shelter donation offer and the rescue of our Sarge. Matthew, our little genius is a junior in high school in the mornings and a freshman at college in the afternoons. He is the electronics/technical advisor to our kennel. Anything electronic, he has it covered. At age 12 he was building new computers using salvaged old computer parts. Matthew's kennel responsibilities include feeding, cleaning and he too is a major player of puppies. Matt is my helping hand when medicating our adults. All the credit for our website goes to him. Our newest addition to the Quail Ridge Kennel family is my longtime friend, Audrey. Audrey and I began working together 14 years ago at an accounting firm and then she joined the staff at the company that I began. She has worked for me off and on for several years and has been the one who has looked over the kennel operation when we take much needed vacations! She has now joined the kennel staff full-time and is looking forward to spending much more time around here. She and her husband, Lynn, live in town with their two children; Alicia, 13 years and Jacob, 11 years. Like our family, Audrey loves animals and loves working with the kennel. The only problem is, she wants to keep the puppies all for herself! From our family to yours; "May your next new puppy bring your family many smiles and much happiness." |

| On July the 8th we lost our little "Dimples". Our hearts were broken. She will be forever remembered as our beloved little buddy. |
