I'm a Boston Terrier. I'm a very popular dog in and around my hometown of Boston but I also have thousands of fans all over the
world. I am the Massachusetts state dog and Boston University's mascot. My intelligence and patience combined with my lively,
friendly personality make me a wonderful companion pet. I am social and I really enjoy people of all ages as well as other family pets.
My hair coat is smooth and short and my colors are black, brindle and seal. I'm very well dressed with my beautiful tuxedo like white
markings. My average weight is between 10 and 25 pounds and I am 15 to 17 inches in height at the withers. My body is compact,
my face is square, my ears are perked and my nose and tail are short. My gentle, alert expression is reflected in my big round dark
eyes. Issues that could possibly effect my usual good health are cataracts, cherry eye, heart murmurs, deafness and allergies. I
may be sensitive to extreme hot or cold temperatures due to my short nose. With proper care and nutrition I can live up to 15 years.
